Premium 4oz Paper Cups – Eco-Friendly, Food-Grade, Custom Printed for Hot & Cold Drinks
Designed for brands that need a practical and customizable solution for small-portion beverages, our 4 oz cups combine food-grade paper materials, flexible lining options, reliable performance, and professional printing. These 4 oz paper cups are suitable for espresso, coffee tasting, beverage sampling, desserts, and other hot or cold applications. As a manufacturer, we support different paper structures, sizes, CMYK or PMS printing, and premium finishing options, making these disposable cups easy to adapt to your brand, application, and commercial packaging requirements.
Choose the Right Material for Your Application
Our 4 oz cups are made with food-grade Cup Stock Paper, LPB, or FSB, with PE, PLA, or WBBC lining options to suit different beverage requirements. Whether you need cups for espresso, coffee tasting, juice, soda, ice cream, or other hot and cold applications, we can recommend a suitable paper and lining structure based on temperature, moisture, holding time, and usage conditions. This application-focused approach helps you balance rigidity, moisture resistance, material preferences, and overall packaging performance instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all specification.
Create Branded Packaging Across Multiple Sizes
Our custom paper cups support CMYK and PMS printing, allowing your logo, brand colors, graphics, and promotional artwork to be reproduced according to your packaging requirements. Available sizes range from 4oz to 24oz and beyond, making it easier to build a consistent cup range for different serving occasions. Gloss or matt lamination, Spot UV, gold or silver foil stamping, and embossing are also available for projects requiring a more distinctive finish. This flexibility helps cafés, beverage brands, bakeries, caterers, and distributors create packaging that fits their brand positioning.
Verify Samples Before Your Commercial Order
Our eco friendly paper cups are supported by a practical sampling process designed to reduce purchasing risk. In-stock samples are available free of charge, allowing you to evaluate the cup size, shape, paper feel, rigidity, and overall suitability before placing a custom order. For customized development, sampling typically takes 5–7 days, followed by a standard bulk production lead time of 10–15 working days. With a 20,000-piece MOQ, our process gives foodservice brands and packaging buyers a clear path from product evaluation and artwork approval to reliable commercial production.

We use food-grade Cup Stock Paper, LPB, or FSB to produce reliable 4 oz paper cups for hot and cold applications. Choose PE, PLA, or WBBC lining based on your requirements for moisture resistance, material preference, and sustainability goals, helping your packaging maintain suitable rigidity and performance during use.
2. Printing & Production
With professional production equipment, we provide consistent printing for custom paper cups using CMYK or PMS colors. Your logo and artwork can be enhanced with gloss or matt lamination, Spot UV, gold or silver foil stamping, and embossing, with standard bulk production completed within 10–15 working days.
3. Quality Assurance
We manufacture disposable cups with food-grade paper materials and control dimensions, structure, printing, and sealing performance. Our quality management process helps ensure each batch meets agreed specifications before shipment, supporting reliable use for coffee, tasting, catering, dessert, and other foodservice applications.
4. Warehousing & Delivery
Our eco friendly paper cups are available in multiple sizes from 4oz to 24oz and beyond, supporting different foodservice programs under one supply system. Free in-stock samples help buyers evaluate products before ordering, while a 20,000-piece MOQ and 10–15 working day lead time provide clear planning for commercial orders.
A suitable paper structure and lining can help prevent a cup from becoming soft during use. Cup rigidity depends on the paperboard structure, lining, beverage temperature, moisture exposure, and holding time—not paper weight alone. For 4 oz paper cups used for coffee, tasting drinks, or other foodservice applications, we recommend evaluating the complete use condition before selecting the specification. A heavier paperboard is not always the best solution because it can add unnecessary cost. The goal is to achieve enough stiffness and moisture resistance for the actual application while maintaining an efficient material structure.
PLA and WBBC are different lining options, so the better choice depends on your application and packaging requirements. PLA is a plant-based polymer lining, while WBBC uses a water-based barrier approach. When selecting lining for eco friendly paper cups, consider moisture resistance, beverage temperature, holding time, sustainability goals, and local disposal infrastructure. We recommend evaluating the complete application rather than choosing a coating based only on environmental claims. For commercial orders, our team can review your beverage type and service conditions to help determine which lining option is technically appropriate.
No, foil stamping is not ideal for every design. It works best when used on specific visual elements such as logos, lettering, or simple graphics that need stronger contrast or a premium appearance. Because 4 oz cups have a relatively small printable area, overly detailed foil artwork may reduce visual clarity. For custom paper cups, we recommend checking the artwork size, foil position, surrounding print, and required visual effect before selecting this finish. If the design contains fine details or large color areas, conventional CMYK or PMS printing may provide better reproduction.
Stacking performance depends on the cup geometry, paper structure, rim design, and storage environment. For disposable cups used in cafés, catering, tasting stations, or high-volume foodservice, the cups should separate easily without collapsing or sticking together. Storage conditions also matter because excessive humidity can affect paper performance. Before placing a commercial order, we recommend testing the actual cup stack in your service environment and checking how operators handle, separate, and replenish the cups. This practical test can identify issues that may not be obvious from dimensions or material specifications alone.
