Background

Our client is a German-focused coffee chain with a growing retail footprint and a bakery/showroom in Shenzhen.
In the first collaboration, we delivered over 50 packaging designs, laying a strong groundwork for future scale.

In mid-2024, the founder stepped back from daily purchasing and transferred ownership to a new key person — his partner, a professional buyer with strong print and material expertise.
